About this series: 

These painting are about pushing and playing with the art of portraiture. After spending years studying the art of painting from life, I wanted to focus on making a person alive through paint. The goal is not to create a realistic portrait indistinguishable from a photograph, but a person vibrant with life - living within paint and color.
